Sicilia in Miniatura Theme Park

Sicilia in Miniatura is an imaginative theme park spanning over 20,000 square metres in Zafferana Etnea, perched at 829 metres on the slopes of Mount Etna in the province of Catania, Sicily. The park showcases more than 70 miniature reproductions of Sicily's most iconic monuments and landmarks, all entirely handcrafted and displayed amid centuries-old trees and scenic lava terraces at the foot of Europe's largest active volcano. Beyond the miniature village, the park features a Jurassic Adventure indoor play area for children, a Jurassic Park and prehistory zone, an Egypt area, a mythology castle exploring Sicily's legendary origins, and an Orion spacecraft for a simulated solar system voyage. Educational tours led by guides embrace an edutainment approach designed to engage visitors of all ages, and the park regularly hosts workshops and activities for school groups and families throughout its open season.
