Seoul Grand Park

Seoul Grand Park is a sprawling public park complex in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, nestled at the foot of Cheonggyesan Mountain just south of Seoul. Home to Seoul Zoo, the largest zoo in South Korea with over 3,000 animals from 330 species, the park also encompasses a grand botanical garden featuring 41,000 plants from 1,262 species across greenhouses and themed outdoor gardens. The complex includes Seoul Land amusement park with around 40 rides, the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, a sky lift offering panoramic views over Gwacheon Lake, and a children's zoo with a rose garden. Opened progressively from 1984 through the late 1980s, Seoul Grand Park has grown into one of the most comprehensive outdoor destinations in the country, attracting millions of families, wildlife enthusiasts, and culture seekers every year.
