Pleasure Island

Pleasure Island Family Theme Park was a beloved family entertainment destination in Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, England, operating from 1993 until the end of the 2016 season. The park offered over 30 diverse rides spanning multiple themed areas, including Africa, Kiddies Kingdom, Morocco, Old England, Spain, and White Knuckle Valley. Highlights included the Boomerang roller coaster, the Hydromax, the Hyper Blaster, Pendulus, and the Terror Rack, alongside gentler rides such as a monorail, dodgems, and flying chairs for younger visitors. Live entertainment featured the Masai Warriors Show, a Bird Show with parrots and owls, and a Sea Lion Show. Built on the former site of Cleethorpes Marineland and Zoo, the park was a significant family attraction on the Lincolnshire coast.
