Palmerston Water Park

Palmerston Water Park is a free, community-focused outdoor recreation facility located in Palmerston, just south of Darwin in the Northern Territory. The park's centrepiece is a thrilling six-lane racer water slide standing 14 metres high, complete with a ready-set-go racing system that records finishing places. A dedicated play pad for children aged ten and under features sprays, water curtains, and a shallow wading pool, while a more active splash pad with water cannons and interactive play elements caters to older children and families. Additional amenities include a skate park, picnic areas with BBQ facilities, shaded spots, and a cafe. Lifeguards are on duty at all times, and disabled access is available, making the park a welcoming destination for the entire Palmerston community.
