Maylands Waterland is a popular free outdoor water park located at 32 Clarkson Road on the scenic Maylands Peninsula in Maylands, Western Australia, just seven kilometres from Perth's central business district. Following major renovations, the park reopened in 2022 with two expansive splash pad zones featuring water jets, a waterfall, water play sculptures inspired by frogs, dragonflies, and spiders, and a wading pool. Alongside the water play areas, visitors enjoy two nature-play playgrounds designed for different age groups, with timber equipment, rope ladders, nest swings, and wooden forts set in wood-chip mulch zones for safe play. Barbecue facilities, picnic shelters, shaded seating, warm-water outdoor showers, large changing rooms, and a hireable party space with a kitchenette make it an ideal venue for family gatherings. Water features run daily from early September through to late April, and entry remains free for all ages.
