Lymington Sea Water Swimming Baths is a historic open-air lido in Lymington, Hampshire, on the edge of the New Forest. Dating back to 1833 and regarded as one of the oldest lidos in the United Kingdom, the vast pool measures 110 metres by 50 metres and is filled with filtered and chlorinated seawater. Managed by Lymington and Pennington Town Council, the baths open seasonally from May to September and offer a superb range of water-based activities including open water swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, water zorbing, and use of the south coast's largest inflatable water obstacle course. A seven-metre climbing tower, a splash pool, and a sandpit for younger visitors ensure families of all ages are well catered for. Lifeguards supervise the water at all times, creating a safe and welcoming environment for a truly memorable outdoor swimming experience.
