La Joya I.S.D. Aquatic Center

La Joya ISD Aquatic Center is a landmark public water park located at 1801 Western Road in Mission, Texas, holding the distinction of being the first school-owned waterpark in the state of Texas. Part of the La Joya ISD Sports and Learning Complex, the outdoor facility offers body slides, a tube slide, a lazy river for riders 48 inches and over, and interactive shallow water play areas designed for children and toddlers. Water aerobics, lap swimming, and aquatic fitness classes are also available for those seeking structured exercise. Lifeguards are on duty to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, and a snack area and clean restrooms add to visitor convenience.
