
Kletterwald Laichingen is Baden-Württemberg's largest forest climbing park, situated in a beautiful natural woodland setting on the Swabian Alb near Laichingen. The park boasts 17 courses encompassing nearly 300 individual elements at heights of up to 16 metres, ranging from beginner-friendly to expert-level routes to challenge climbers of all abilities from age two upwards. Highlights include Tarzan rope swings, swaying beams, wobbly suspension bridges, and a variety of creative climbing elements designed to test balance and coordination as much as strength. Every visitor receives a safety briefing and practice run under staff supervision before entering the courses. Free parking, picnic areas within the forest, and a kiosk with snacks and drinks ensure a comfortable and well-rounded visit. Open since 2007 and set on the scenic Alb plateau, Kletterwald Laichingen is a fantastic outdoor adventure destination for families, schools, and groups exploring the Baden-Württemberg highlands.
