
Kalandpark Szilvásvárad, also known as Kalanderdő, is recognized as Hungary's first adventure park, located at the entrance of the scenic Szalajka Valley in Szilvásvárad, within the Bükk National Park area of northern Hungary. The park features four rope course sections with 90 obstacles for guests aged three and up, ranging from beginner-level Mini Kalanderdő trails named Bear, Otter, and Squirrel, to more challenging high-level courses. Additional activities include archery, a Euro bungee trampoline, a climbing wall, and the Monster Roller, a unique 14-kilometer mountain roller experience through the heart of the Bükk Mountains with panoramic views. Gold panning in the Szalajka Stream adds a family-friendly educational element. Just two minutes from the narrow-gauge railway station, the park blends natural forest beauty with exciting outdoor adventure for visitors of all ages and experience levels.
