Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools

Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa is an extensive geothermal complex situated in the alpine village of Hanmer Springs in New Zealand's Hurunui District, about 90 minutes north of Christchurch. Families are drawn to the large children's AquaPlay area, a lazy river, and two thrilling aquatic rides — New Zealand's largest aquatic thrill ride, Conical Thrill, and the SuperBowl — plus additional hydroslides.
