Game and Leisure Park Untertauern is a family-run wildlife and leisure park located in the alpine village of Untertauern in the Salzburg region of Austria. The park combines hands-on animal encounters with outdoor recreation, welcoming visitors to meet and interact with alpacas, deer, ponies, and mini-donkeys in a relaxed petting zoo environment. An adventure playground featuring a flying fox, water play areas, and go-karts provides entertainment for children, while a scenic 40-minute family hiking trail through the Taurach Gorge offers a taste of the surrounding mountain landscape. Fishing at the Fürstenbrunn ponds with equipment rental, and access to a natural bathing lake, add to the variety of activities on offer. On-site dining is available at the Wildparkstüberl restaurant and the Fischerhütte fish hut. Admission and parking are free, with donations welcomed to support animal care, and the park is open daily from 9 AM to 6:30 PM year-round.
