France Miniature is Europe's largest miniature park, located in Élancourt in the Yvelines department of Île-de-France, just west of Paris. Spread across five hectares of landscaped parkland complemented by two hectares of miniature sea, the park brings the entire nation of France to life at a 1/12th scale through 117 faithfully recreated monuments, 150 reconstructed landscapes, 60,000 figurines, 20,000 dwarf trees, and 3.5 kilometres of miniature railway tracks. Iconic landmarks including the Eiffel Tower, Mont-Saint-Michel, the Palace of Versailles, and Chambord Castle can all be admired up close. Interactive experiences include an archaeological excavation site, a prehistoric cave, and the Fort Boyard challenge. A restaurant, snack bar, and picnic area cater to guests, and the park welcomes over 200,000 visitors annually between April and mid-November.
