Eis-Greissler Manufaktur

Eis-Greissler Manufaktur is a unique farm-based attraction and ice cream manufactory in Krumbach in the Bucklige Welt region of Lower Austria. Run by the Blochberger family on their dairy farm of around 50 cows, the manufactory produces artisan ice cream exclusively from the farm's own milk, without artificial flavours, colourings, or preservatives. Visitors can embark on the Eis-Greissler-Express, a themed ride through the history of ice cream, and experience a Flying Theater with a giant screen, moving seats, and special effects. A test kitchen invites guests to sample the latest and most inventive ice cream creations, and the farm shop stocks a wide range of ice cream flavours, regional delicacies, gifts, and souvenirs. A coffee house and a natural playground complete the experience. Set in the gentle rolling hills of the Vienna Alps, the Eis-Greissler Manufaktur is a delightful and educational outing for families and food lovers alike.
