Dordogne Dinosaur Park, known in French as Parc aux Dinosaures, is an immersive prehistoric-themed attraction set across 18 hectares of shaded forest paths in Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, one of the most beautiful villages in France and a UNESCO World Heritage site in the Périgord Noir. The park features more than 50 life-size dinosaur and prehistoric animal reproductions, including animatronic Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, and Velociraptor, brought to life with sound and movement along entirely shaded trails. Family riddle games and treasure hunts are tailored for children aged 3 to 5 and 6 to 10, while virtual reality experiences and paleontological excavation areas add further depth to the visit. On the same site, guests can also explore a troglodytic archaeological site and an accrobranche adventure course with zip lines. A snack bar, picnic area, and souvenir shop are available on site, and leashed dogs are welcome.
