Domaine du Radar

Domaine du Radar is a unique four-season outdoor destination located in Saint-Sylvestre in the Chaudiere-Appalaches region of Quebec, built on the grounds of a former Royal Canadian Air Force aerial surveillance base. Spanning 275 acres surrounding Mont Sainte-Marguerite, which rises to 678 metres, the site blends natural beauty with fascinating military history. Accommodations include campgrounds, fully equipped Coolbox cabins, Hobbit-style Habitat PODs, and yurts for glamping beside two scenic lakes. Summer activities feature a mountain rail luge, hiking trails, a family obstacle course, a sandy lakeside beach with waterslide, and guided tours of the historic military facilities. Winter visitors enjoy Austrian alpine luge, snow tubing, snowshoeing, and backcountry skiing, making Domaine du Radar a true year-round adventure retreat.
