Dobson Splash Pad

Dobson Splash Pad is a free, community-operated water play area located within the 2.5-acre Dobson Square Park in downtown Dobson, North Carolina, making it a distinctive attraction as Surry County's only splash pad. The facility features an engaging array of water elements including fountains, misters, water jets, sprayers, and a centerpiece overhead bucket drop that delights children of all ages. Open from mid-May through mid-September, the splash pad is enclosed by a safety fence with multiple gated entry points to give parents peace of mind. The surrounding park offers two picnic shelters, an amphitheater, a playground, a fitness station, a walking path, and shaded benches and picnic tables for spectators.
