Defiance Splash Pad

Defiance Splash Pad, also known as Defiance Splash Park, is a free, ADA-accessible outdoor water play destination located within Bronson Park in Defiance, Ohio. Opened on July 4, 2018, the splash pad is divided into four distinct zones: a large main splash area where older children and adults can cool off together, a dedicated baby area, a toddler zone, and an adjoining playground space with climbing structures. Interactive water features activate throughout the space, encouraging active play for a wide range of ages. Shaded seating and picnic tables allow families to relax and enjoy a packed lunch while keeping an eye on young ones at play. The splash pad is open seasonally from May through October 1, with daily hours from 9 AM to 9 PM. Admission is completely free to all visitors, making Defiance Splash Pad a highly accessible and welcoming summer destination for families in northwestern Ohio.
