Coucou Aquapark, known as Aquaparc du Coucou, is a 3,200-square-metre floating and inflatable water park located on the shores of the Étang du Coucou in Hautefort, Dordogne, between Périgueux and Brive-la-Gaillarde. The park features an exciting array of aquatic attractions including slides, toboggans, trampolines, a giant plate, obstacle courses, and climbing structures — all set on the water's surface. A free swimming area at the foot of a fine sandy beach provides a relaxing complement to the more active pursuits. Open from 1 July through the end of August, seven days a week, the park also hosts special evening sessions from 9 pm to 11 pm. Safety vests are provided to all participants, and the park is supervised throughout opening hours by certified lifeguards. Accessible from age six, with younger children (six to eight years) supervised by an accompanying adult, Coucou Aquapark is a memorable summer destination for families in the Périgord.
