Aquavert

Aquavert is a modern aquatic leisure facility located in Francheville, a commune just west of Lyon in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. The centre features 785 square metres of pool space, highlighted by an 88-metre water slide, a 25-metre sports lap pool with six lanes, a recreational basin, and a children's paddling area. Programming is broad and inclusive, encompassing swimming lessons for children and adults, baby swim classes, aquagym, aquabike, and over 25 weekly aquasports sessions. Competitive events are also hosted throughout the year. Outside the main pools, a park with a children's playground and orientation course adds a land-based dimension to the offering. Aquavert is accessible by bus and train, with on-site parking available, and operates extended summer hours from July through August to welcome families, fitness enthusiasts, and swimmers of all levels.
